sound
It was hard to find a place I can sit comfortably; today we are surrounded by the sounds, motor vehicles, different music playing form each store,s nature, building sites and people talking. In the city I always loose myself and noise from the city consumes me.
We walked around the city for and started record sound it might be interesting to listen to but it was hard to find a place we can sit down and close our eyes and engaging to sound. Most of the sound around was too loud and unpleasant to listen to and it made me feel frustrating and angry.
When we were at Myers Park I closed my eyes and listen, it was comfortable and I could sit there for long time and enjoy sound. I could hear bird and wind blowing trees, sound of car and road work from distant.
Also we listen to the sound nature can makes, such as breaking leaves, peeling grapefruit, rolling grapefruit on the hill and recording of class room.
Coming back to class room and we talk about what kind of sound we wanted to make, come out with concept and play with each sound and over lapping different sound with each other and made a 3 minute audio file feels right or sound interesting to us.
city walk
i didn't enjoy city walk today.
i always find city too noise. when i walk down the street i try to block out sound but it gets louder and starts to hurt my ear. even when i use mp3 player i can still hear what is happening around the city.
Chris told us to close our eyes and listen what is happening around the city but by that time my head and ear was in too much of pain i had too block my ear to have a break.

Reverberation and Anechoic chamber
Today when Zoe was talking about two chambers i was not sure what to expected. But when i saw reverberation and anechoic chamber i was amazed by the size and construction of the room and experience inside the rooms.
anechoic was most pleasant experience i had in long time. i love not hearing any thing and the chamber made it possible.
